Lake Jackson - Bathroom Remodel
This 1980's Lake Jackson home had a dated bathroom with pink sea shell ceramic tile and a furr down over the sinks. Our interior design plan kept the existing layout, but modernized the finishes. There is a new larger bathtub, herringbone pattern subway tile bathtub surround, and chrome faucets. A window was added in the shower area for more natural light. There are new doors and door knobs, new lighting and ventilation, new mirrors, new limestone flooring, and a new vanity with a marble countertop and chrome faucets. The furr down over the sink was removed to make the bathroom feel more spacious. A neutral color scheme and traditional style was selected by the homeowners. There is some stained wood to warm up the bathroom and a pop of color in the rug and accessories. The new design also includes a custom storage system in the closets that is much more efficient and attractive.
Baytown - Kitchen Remodel
This older Baytown home had a very small kitchen that did not work well for the homeowners who love to cook and entertain. Our interior design included expanding the kitchen into the dining room, converted the large breakfast room into the new dining room, adding seating to the new kitchen island, and removing several walls to create an open concept. The homeowners selected a neutral color scheme in a traditional style with contemporary touches and a few pops of color. The new design allows everyone to be together since there is more seating and better sight lines. It also makes the home feel bigger since there are fewer walls and a lighter color scheme.
Pearland - Master Bathroom Remodel
The Pearland homeowners wanted a more updated look for their master bathroom. We created an interior design with new countertops, flooring, shower wall tile, and tub decking. The taller height cabinets allow for more storage. Framed mirrors give the bathroom a more custom look. The new bathroom has a serene and timeless traditional feel.
Baytown - Living Room Decorating
This Baytown living room was untouched for many years by the very busy homeowners. Our interior design included new flooring, adding a small wall to accommodate better furniture placement while adding closet space to a bedroom, and painting all of the walls to freshen up the home. New light fixtures make the space brighter as well as more beautiful. The bright and colorful rug matches the personality of the homeowners.
Lake Jackson - Sunroom Decorating
The Lake Jackson homeowners wanted to turn an unused room into a bright sunroom. The room transformation started with replacing one small window with a large set of French doors and side lights. Our interior design included a beautiful large rug that did not show too much dirt since it was near an exterior door and a favorite spot for the dogs to rest. The ottoman was selected to be used for putting feet up after a long day, additional seating, or to serve snacks with the addition of a serving tray. The show stopper in the room is definitely the ornate over sized mirror that reflects light and makes the room feel larger than it is.
Pearland - Master Bathroom Remodel
This Pearland bathroom had a very generic aesthetic prior to being completely gutted. The homeowners wanted a more timeless and clean look. We created an interior design that included a new custom vanity with a marble countertop, crown molding, new light fixtures, custom millwork and mirrors,a frameless glass shower enclosure, enlarged windows, and marble floor tile. The bathroom now looks larger and is more functional.
Rosharon - Living Room Update
This small Rosharon living room needed a few finishing touches to make it cozy and welcoming. We reused all of the existing furniture, lamps, and some of the accessories, however we changed the paint color and added artwork, a few extra accessories, a rug, curtains, and new pillows. We made sure all of the electrical cords were hidden out of sight. This living room is now a place that the family enjoys gathering together.
Pearland - Master Bath Remodel
The Pearland homeowners wanted to swap the location of their vanity with their tub and add a more modern flair to their master bathroom. We selected the amazing backsplash tile, which incorporated the color scheme for the entire bathroom. The interior design we created included a new vanity with a stone vessel sink, crown molding, modern plumbing fixtures, new lighting fixtures, a unique mirror, a frameless glass shower enclosure, a custom built in wall cabinet, travertine floor tile, and new cabinet hardware.
Pearland - New Construction Kitchen
The Pearland homeowners were given minimal finish options when having this home built. We worked within the builder's options to select the granite, backsplash, cabinets, appliances, flooring, crown molding, and plumbing fixtures, among other things. Once the home was completed, we added the above and below cabinet lighting, caramel paint color, cabinet knobs & pulls, and functional accessories.
